INNER CABALA:
Inner Cabala sees metal as a constantly evolving genre. Far from the rules set by the “old school,” the Netherlands-based international act aims to blend modern metal influences, filtering them through its very own eyes and shaping its distinctive sound through the different backgrounds of its forming members.

Inner Cabala is born from the need to express real feelings through music, and knows no compromises in this regard. It feels as a meditative journey revolving around metal through different styles — an emotional and tumultuous rollercoaster. Heavy breakdowns find their space between deep, groovy riffs and melancholic, softened melodies. Chaos and pain are handled in alternation with meditative, thoughtful atmospheres.

The compositions are rich with contrasts: delicate piano passages juxtaposed against driving beats, serene moments giving way to explosive crescendos, all underscored by an unrelenting sense of purpose. It channels into the heart and soul directly.

BLACK SAPPHIRE:
BlackSapphire, founded in Essen in 2022, brings together five experienced musicians who bring their unique alternative metal sound to the scene with pure passion and energy. With an impressive mix of metallic heaviness, virtuoso guitar riffs, and soulful melodic elements, they create an atmosphere that invites you to sing along, mosh, and dream. Their debut single “BURN TOGETHER NOW” marked a brilliant and emotionally charged start to their metal career. On stage, the band unleashes its full potential: thundering drums, pulsating riffs, and vocals that transition from soft passages to raw, captivating shouts and growls transform every performance into an unforgettable, electrifying live experience. Black Sapphire unleashes the audience with an energetic and authentic spectacle—headbanging in front of and on stage included! Exciting performances are already lined up for this summer – among other things, BlackSapphire will rock the Toxfest in Wunderland Kalkar as well as various dates in local and regional clubs. With their uncompromising stage presence and flair for emotional highlights, BlackSapphire offers exactly what festival-goers and concert organizers are looking for – authentic energy and a live event that will resonate for a long time to come.

Traversus
Extremes are able to coexist. If there is one medium which proves beyond all doubt that this is possible, it would be music. Dutch metal band Traversus understands this, and made it their mission to bridge divides both musically and lyrically.

Their hard rock sound is enhanced with influences from progressive rock and metal, and as such, manages to seamlessly blend the theoretical with the emotional. Being from a relatively small town in the east of the Netherlands, with a very limited rock scene to speak of, allowed Traversus to hone their sound over multiple years.

The dense riff work by guitarist Joey Wessels and intricate rhythms by drummer Liam de Groot are more than happy to take a back seat to create space for the sonorous voice of Madelief de Groot whenever the music requires it. This surprisingly accessible combination of styles allows the band to build a close connection with both mainstream rock and adventurous metal audiences.

Traversus finally released their debut EP The Only Way Is Through in early 2023. The EP was recorded with renowned producer Joost van den Broek (Epica, Ayreon, Powerwolf) and perfectly captures the band’s reasonably complex, yet highly catchy sound. Lyrically, the band touches on personal struggles, as well as societal issues, such as the effect that today’s society has on mental health.

Traversus released their second EP Navigate on the 12th of September. The first single, “Maybe In Another Life,” was the first song to be accompanied by a video. The second single, “Eye To Eye,” and the third single, “When The World Goes To Waste,” were both released with a lyric video.

Navigate showcases the band’s developed sound, continuing where The Only Way Is Through left off, pursuing its purpose of navigating through a world that has lost its way.
